Ive been waiting for over an hour but still says " initial loading products database "! I guess the last update on October 15 2015 didnt fix the problem!

The bugs are still there, it wont let me launch the app. It still says it is initializing. Please fix.....

This would have been a great app except I cant get past the "initializing data" screen....

Please fix the app, Im looking forward to using it. Thank you

Been broken since last update!!! Cant look at formulas past picking a grey % level. Please fix!!!

Constantly continues to load and never goes anywhere or it just force closes. Disappointing

New release is optimized for iPhone 5. What?!!! Everyone is getting a iPhone 6. So it doesnt work on my new iPhone. So disappointing!

App displays “Preparing product database” indefinitely. I’ve deleted it and downloaded and updates are current. Doesn’t work on iPad.

Every time I open this app it says, Preparing product database, and never loads. Ive deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times but never works. I use the Redken app identical to this and LOVE it! But Im learning this color line and wish it would actually work. Dont download it. Its completely useless.

Ive had the same issue as the other reviewers, the app says preparing product database and never changes. Schwarzkopf needs an update to fix this issue, Im really looking forward to using this app.

I have had great experiences with this app! They have the latest trends Schwarzkopf Professional releases twice a year, called their "Essential Looks Collection" as well as a formula creator, a log to store all of your clients info, formulas and emails, and so much more! It looks like there were some issues on some devices with the update, so be patient and when they work out all the bugs it will be perfect! #OnlyWilliamDoesMyHair!!!

5 Stars!!! For New and Experienced Schearzkopf User- easy to use, builds confidence, gives you different options of products to use.

I find this app to be a very useful tool in the salon. Not only is it a great tool for color formulations,it has great visuals of the Essential Looks. My clients love seeing the collections when looking to change their look. Great work Schwarzkopf !!!!!!

It never leaves the screen that says installing data base please fix

My friend has this app on his galaxy and its so useful, please fix this so it works on my iPhone!!!!!

As others have previously said, the app doesnt load. It never gets past the "preparing product database" part. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice now. Was really looking forward to checking out this app, unfortunately it simply does not work at all.

This is actually the first review Ive ever done... This used to be my go to app for any questions I had. Now all it does it lock up!!!! Please fix it!!!!

I want to learn from this app so badly and it wont load for me. I have an iPhone 6 and it shouldnt be a problem. Hurry pleaseeee Im in a new salon and need to learn the color line!
