Have never been able to get this app to work.. Always says looking for product update...

I want to love this app! It sounds great in theory but has never worked once. Always says searching for product update

Unfortunately I have not even been able to use the app. Just like the other reviewer, it always says "checking for product update"and will never let you move forward. This could be a really cool app. I hope this gets fixed!

Ive redownloaded several times and it always just says "looking for product updates" and never gets past that. Ever since swz was bought their education/reachability is lacking at best- and this app is par for the course.

This app is SO basic. Theres no way to get to a color or level beyond the very basic, entry level colors. No info on toners. Im so frustrated that our rep threw out our old hard copy of the color manual. That had so much more info. Even tho it was dated, it had so much more relevant info than this !*#%¥+€ app. Im going to uninstall.

This app started out being reasonably functional although quite basic. Now EVERY time I open it, it trys to update required data but always fails! Doesnt matter if its connected to wifi or not. Effectively it makes this app virtually useless!!!

Extremely helpful to work with color in the salon.

I downloaded and started up and it crashed after clicking the last menu item.

First download and start up takes some time but except that its a really cool new app

As an apprentice learning the tricks of the trade Ive found this app SO helpful when mixing colours, its a nice second opinion. Wish the colourpedia was ready to use but thats what the swatch book is for I guess.

I love this app so far and I am looking forward to new improvements to come. My only request would be to have an ongoing client file. like being able to enter a clients color info on an ongoing basis. (ie. jan 12/13 7-00, 7-1 10 vol roots Feb 14/13 7-00, 7-1 10 vol roots + 30 hlts) So we can track previous colours. Keep up the great work

Very impressed with this app. Can keep my clients formulas on hand and do a great consultation

I have tried downloading the app once, wouldnt stop constantly loading something & never got to use the app. Really disappointed because this app looks great! Hopefully when I redownload it will work!

Useless! Wont load all the colours and crashes every time. Glad I didnt pay for it..

All it does it say preparing data base, this app took forever to download and is a complete waste of time and energy DONT DOWNLOAD

Pretty interface, but you cant use the app because it is loading the product database forever. After the 4th day, I just have up!

When I had my iPhone 5s this app was great, but it does not seem to work with my 6 on the newest IOS

Didnt work. All it did was try to load "product data base" and it never could.

The app its not working , it shows it will take seconds to initialize its been two days n still the circle is going on and nothing downloading
