Disappointed.

I was really looking forward to using this app! I have the same problem that other reviews mentioned. It says "preparing product database" Seriously! How much work does it take to make a fully functioning app?!

"Preparing product database" with a loading screen is all this app will do on my phone.. Even after the update and restarting.. Bummer.

Whats going on???

I love this app SO MUCH but lately it hasnt been working.... All of my clients formulas are in this app, and now I cant get it to open! Not cool, please fix this ASAP. Getting me nervous over here.

I used to love this app but it hasnt worked since I downloaded it on my new iPhone 6 plus! Im so sad because I loved formulating with it. Please fix it!!!

Just invested in $5000 on switching out to this color line and would love to see this app open.

Not Working

I just downloaded this app earlier this morning and its been "searching product database" for over 10 hours. I would really love to use this app and get a better understanding of the brand since Im limited to using Schwarzkopf while Im in school. Please fix this problem asap.

Disappointed

When I found out about this app I was so excited!! Its a wonderful concept.... If only it worked!! Not only does it take forever to load database every time I try to enter a client I get knocked off? Make the corrections and it will be the best professional app ever!!

Get a clue !

Something really needs to be done to fix this app. Ive been trying to open it for over 6 mos. when I go to open it it just keeps saying preparing data base. Im a 100% Schwarzkopf gal and this is really disappointing.

Not working...

I was super excited when I discovered that this app existed... But it doesnt work. Im currently dabbling with Schwarzkopf color, trying to decide if I want to make a complete switch or not, and I was hoping this app would really help educate me and help me keep track of a few things. Very disappointed that it doesnt work. There is another girl on a forum Im on and her app is still working, not sure if she has an iPhone like I do or nkt, I was also hoping maybe the latest iPhone update would fix the problem, and it didnt. I just keep looking and hoping everyday that Schwarzkopf will figure out theres a problem and fix it.

Id love to get to use this app on my iPad. I used it on my phone briefly, but deleted it because I use my iPad more at the salon. This app needs an update asap.

"Preparing Product Database" is all Ive ever seen this app do. It doesnt work...AT ALL! Id love to see this app up & running. What gives?!

Hasnt ever worked. Its been months every now and again I delete and redownload still doesnt work

Drains your phone too. Delete it from your phone until they make it work again. This is so disappointing.

I used to use this app weekly but the last few months it hasnt opened up at all. Ive deleted it and re downloaded it multiple times and still nothing. Very disappointing

Ive downloaded this app multiple times and each time it loads and says " preparing product database". Seems to be a consistent issues. Hope they can fix this.

Disappointed

Very disappointed in this app! I love this color line and was so excited to use it, but unfortunately it doesnt work very well.... It tells me that its "Preparing Product Database" every time I open it! Ive been trying to use it for months and nothing has been fixed!! :(

Its Working!

I tried it despite the reviews and it loaded. I even checked the other functions. I like it so far.

ITWORKS!!!!

Finally after 2 weeks of trying to load the app, I set it on the counter to load, while I prepared dinner. When I went to grab my phone, after 15-20 minutes, it had loaded and was fully functional. Now the app itself is less than what I had expected.

Colors do not match

On the new version my email and password do not work. I can not access my color for my clients. Totally messed up yet another day at the salon. Would be great but colors are not true to shade and I have had to redo several people since this is the only thing I have to use for a swatch resource reference. I have left several messages at the professional center, emails and Facebook messages to no avail. I went to the convention in Indianapolis, IN and lost the card with the info on it. Very frustrated and have to switch to another line since so close to holidays and have had response from the other companies with no hesitation.
